Quick Diary:

I have about 21 clips for sale in this store. I dare to give you my affiliate link to manyvids, because it does not disadvantage anybody (unlike e.g. yezzclips) and you can support my site a little without having to do anything else but use it to sign up. So here you go:

That’s not too bad! If you consider the amount of clips I had on there and the work I put in, it’s great. If you consider that most of the money came from one large order, it’s a little so-so. On the one hand, having a large order so early in a store’s life is cool. On the other hand, without that it would have been around $50.

However, I learned from c4s that the big orders have their place in the averages and that it’s reasonable to just use those averages normally.

I must say, when I revised the visitor numbers of the clipstores, I was surprised to see how many visitors manyvids actually had. When iwantclips and manyvids were (are) competing for fastest growing clipsite, I really thought iwantclips was a serious competitor to manyvids. Looking at the traffic, that’s not the case. Manyvids is far superior (87k vs 765k).

I wished I had started here 20 months ago  instead of iwantclips, I might have had a top store now. I will definitely follow this up with another month (though not reporting daily)! Support has been great as well and they are working on some improvements to the backend that I really look forward to.
