Sinna gave me some great advice. I can tell she spent a good bit of time looking through my store. Her initial email was long and detailed. She sent me links to things to explain them. Sinna was available for follow up questions and checked back in on my progress. She wanted to make sure that the suggestions worked and help if I ran into any problems.
